Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Store Manager to take the reins of our store operations and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, track inventory, and manage reordering to avoid shortages or overstock.

  • Purchasing: Source and purchase store products, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure quality and competitive pricing.

  • Visual Merchandising: Create attractive window and in-store displays to draw in customers and elevate the shopping experience.

  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-first culture, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team, promoting top-tier service and maintaining brand standards.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales, stock levels, and performance metrics to guide business decisions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Solid understanding of inventory control and purchasing practices.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
