Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Clerk position in the Lake City area.
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Clerk will provide administrative and customer service support for clients receiving services through the Preventive Health and Immunization Program. This role involves gathering client information, verifying eligibility, entering accurate data into electronic systems, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative services for clients seeking Preventive Health and Immunization Program services.

  • Obtain and verify client information and screen for eligibility.

  • Enter accurate data into electronic systems for Family Planning, STD, HIV, and Immunization programs.

  • Follow all Federal, State, and local guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate cultural competence.

  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.

  • Meet, interview, and direct public health clients in accordance with program policies.

  • Answer telephones, schedule appointments, and provide general office support.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
