Our Florence Recon division is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and keep production running at top performance. Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed production goals
Oversee operations from sorting and testing to finishing and packaging
Ensure safety, quality, and teamwork are always top priorities
Partner with inventory and logistics to keep processes running smoothly
Coach, train, and develop team members while leading by example
🔑 What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
5+ years of production experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per year
