Are you detail-oriented, organized, and great on the phone? Olsten staffing is looking for some to join a company located in Florence SC as an Accounting Assistant and play a key role in our finance operations!

What You'll Do:

  • Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner

  • Follow up on outstanding payments via phone and email

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks

  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or billing processes

  • Strong communication and phone skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable using accounting software and spreadsheets

  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Familiarity with software like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
