Position objective
Position Requirements:
i. Programable Logic Controllers (PLC) ii. HVAC systems iii. Pneumatic systems iv. Hydraulic systems
v. Electrical systems vi. Mechanical systems
Electrical Schematics (Preferred)
Reading Blueprints and Diagrams (Preferred)
Using Schematics, Blueprints and Diagrams to Troubleshoot issues. (Preferred) Must have Intermediate knowledge pertaining to:
Hand and Power tools
Electrical principles
Fabrication and Welding processes (Preferred)
Mechanical processes
OSHA requirements
HVAC systems and principles
Personal Fall Arrest systems
Operation of equipment (e.g. man lifts, scissor lifts) Parts and Inventory control methods
Computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel) (Preferred)
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (Preferred) Must have:
Valid Driver's License in order to operate fork lifts and other mobile equipment
Certificate in related field or 2 to 3 years of related experience in Industrial/Commercial maintenance.
Must obtain:
Forklift Operators Certification
Aerial Lift Certification
Authorization to Operate Company Vehicles as needed
Food Safety essentials
GMP training
Training on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Tasks/Responsibilities
Perform:
Daily and Emergent maintenance tasks related to facilities
Daily and Emergent maintenance tasks related to equipment
Preventative maintenance tasks related to facilities and equipment
Daily checks of installed safety devices such as Safety Showers and Fire Extinguishers
Work Order tasks
Preventative maintenance tasks related to company vehicles
Inventory of parts and materials
Follow Direction of Immediate Supervision and Management
Report any observed equipment operation issues to Supervision
Report any observed Safety concerns to Supervision
Follow Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures
Other Job Tasks and Responsibilities that are not listed, may be required on an as needed basis.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
