Olsten staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative to join a company located in Effingham, SC. The AR Representative will be responsible for Customer deductions, Cash Postings and handling revenue for a large company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in growing their accounting career.

Monday-Friday

8AM-5PM


Key Responsibilities:

Customer deductions

Cash postings

Revenue for large companies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance/accounting role

  • Experience with accounting software (Sage400, ERP)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage400)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
