Olsten Staffing is currently seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist to join a well-established eye center located in Hartsville, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with optical sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

  • Verify insurance information and collect co-payments

  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork

  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality

  • Process optical sales transactions and assist patients with frame selection

  • Keep the reception area clean and organized

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience working in a medical office setting preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills

  • Knowledge of optical sales and experience with eyewear fittings is a plus

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team



Pay Rate $15 
Hours 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
