Olsten Staffing is seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Clerk to join a company in Florence, South Carolina. This position involves answering phones, posting payments, and providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients regularly. The role also includes driving to various properties to conduct HOA inspections. Mileage will be reimbursed.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Post and process client payments accurately and timely.

  • Engage with clients to address questions and provide updates.

  • Drive to and inspect HOA properties as assigned (mileage reimbursed).

  • Perform basic office and administrative tasks as needed.
Position Details:
  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week

  • Schedule: Flexible within normal business hours

  • Pay: Based on experience

Location: Local travel required for HOA inspections

Pay Details: $12.00 per hour
