Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Wallace, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager groundskeeper to join their growing team!
The groundskeeper will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard and outdoor areas at a brick manufacturing facility. This is a very physical position that requires working outside all day and involves cleaning up bricks, debris, and materials throughout the yard.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean up loose and broken bricks throughout the yard and work areas.
Pick up, stack, and move bricks and other materials.
Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from the yard.
Keep outdoor work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Assist with general cleanup around the manufacturing facility.
Perform heavy lifting and other physical labor as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable performing hard, physical work throughout the entire shift.
Must be able to work outside all day in heat, cold, rain, dust, and other weather conditions.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, and move bricks and other heavy materials.
Must be dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor is preferred but not required.
This position will start at $18.00 an hour and is predominantly 1st shift.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
