Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Cheraw, South Carolina to find an experienced and dependable 3rd shift material handler to assist with sorting aluminum cans and providing occasional forklift support. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort cans by identifying acceptable (“good”) cans versus damaged or defective (“bad”) cans
Remove damaged cans from the production flow according to quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Occasionally operate a forklift to move materials or finished product (as needed)
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with other general warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Forklift experience required
Valid driver’s license or forklift certification card required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment:
Warehouse/production setting
Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment
Pay rate for this position is $14 an hour and is predominantly 3rd shift.

Pay Details: $14.00 per hour
