The Outdoor Debris Removal Laborer is responsible for cleaning and removing heavy debris, waste materials, and general refuse from outdoor areas. This role involves physical labor, including heavy lifting and loading to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove, collect, and dispose of large debris, waste materials, and junk from outdoor work areas.
Lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to [50–100] lbs) safely and efficiently.
Operate tools and equipment such as wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, brooms.
Load and unload debris into dumpsters, trucks, or containers.
Maintain cleanliness and safety on the job site at all times.
Follow company safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with other general labor or maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in outdoor labor, construction cleanup, or similar work preferred.
Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy materials frequently throughout the day.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods.
This position will start at $15 an hour.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
