Position Summary:
Olsten Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR File Clerk to assist with organizing and maintaining employee records. This position will support the Human Resources department by ensuring files are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored in accordance with company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize, sort, and file employee documents and records.
- Review personnel files for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Scan, upload, and electronically file documents as needed.
- Assist with record retention and file purging projects.
- Retrieve and distribute files upon request.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous clerical, administrative, or filing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift files or boxes up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive filing and document handling tasks.
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour
- Part-Time Position
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
