Production Supervisor – Maxton, NC
Pay: $18.00/hour to start | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Olsten Staffing is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a growing lumber company in Maxton. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment looking to grow with a stable company.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production operations and ensure workflow efficiency
Lead, coach, and support production employees on the floor
Monitor safety, quality, and productivity standards
Coordinate with management to meet production goals
Train new employees and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or team lead experience (manufacturing/lumber preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Reliable work history and good attendance

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
