Position Overview 

We’re seeking dependable, detail?oriented Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you’ll help create high?quality medical textile products that support patient mobility and comfort. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Operate multiple types of sewing and textile machinery to meet daily production goals. 

  • Follow Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and production guidelines to ensure product quality. 

  • Perform tasks such as cutting bands, bar tacking, pairing/slitting, folding/bagging, turning, elasticator operation, gusset sewing, toe sewing (Merrow, Complett, Santoni), and attaching bands or lace. 

  • Inspect products and make sound pass/fail quality decisions. 

  • Count materials and finished goods accurately. 

  • Prioritize work based on due dates and shift requirements. 

  • Report quality or machine-related issues to the Manager or Maintenance team. 

  • Complete required production paperwork. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

  • Participate in meetings and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned. 

Qualification Requirements 

  • Strong work ethic and effective communication skills. 

  • High school diploma preferred, not required. 

  • No prior experience necessary—training provided. 

  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable.

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
