We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with experience operating machines in an industrial environment. If you have hands-on experience with equipment, basic troubleshooting skills, and are looking for an opportunity to grow, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on production equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Identify and correct operational inefficiencies
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience operating machinery in an industrial setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Stable work history with good job longevity
• Candidates who show growth and progression in previous roles
• Willingness to train on 1st and 2nd shift before moving to night shift
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Pay & Benefits:
• Starting at $16.50 per hour (higher based on experience)

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
