Night Shift Custodian – $14/hr – Temp-to-Perm

Location: Laurinburg, NC
Company: Olsten Staffing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Olsten Staffing is currently accepting resumes for a Night Shift Custodian for a production facility in Laurinburg, NC. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long‑term potential. The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace around production machinery.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform industrial cleaning of assigned machinery and surrounding areas

  • Use wheelbarrows and other cleaning equipment as needed

  • Work in low‑clearance areas, including tasks requiring hands-and-knees cleaning

  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out

  • Complete additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Industrial cleaning experience preferred

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

  • Flexibility with hours as needed
