Maintenance Technician – Housing Community (Temp-to-Perm)
We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a housing community. This is a Monday–Friday, temp-to-perm opportunity offering $15.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the housing community
Painting apartments and common areas as needed
Install and repair doors, locks, and hardware
Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, clogs, etc.)
Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with unit turnovers and general upkeep
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License (required)
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Basic maintenance experience required
Plumbing experience strongly preferred
Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday
$15.00 per hour
