Maintenance Technician – Housing Community (Temp-to-Perm)

We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a housing community. This is a Monday–Friday, temp-to-perm opportunity offering $15.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the housing community

  • Painting apartments and common areas as needed

  • Install and repair doors, locks, and hardware

  • Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, clogs, etc.)

  • Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Assist with unit turnovers and general upkeep

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License (required)

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Basic maintenance experience required

  • Plumbing experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday – Friday

  • $15.00 per hour

  • Temp-to-Perm opportunity
