Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our team in Wagram, NC. This role is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift while also assisting with material handling tasks to support daily warehouse and production operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

  • Load, unload, move, stage, and stack materials

  • Supply production lines with raw materials as needed

  • Perform general material handling duties, including manual movement of products

  • Conduct routine equipment and forklift inspections

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

  • Previous sit-down forklift experience required

  • Material handling or warehouse experience preferred

  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule

  • Strong attention to safety and detail

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Schedule Details:

  • 12-hour swing/rotating shifts

Pay:

  • $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
