Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Driver to join our team in Wagram, NC. This role is responsible for safely moving trailers within the yard to support daily operations and maintain efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely move and position trailers within the yard as directed

  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on yard equipment

  • Ensure trailers are placed correctly at designated dock doors

  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures

  • Communicate effectively with yard personnel and supervisors

  • Report any equipment or safety issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL license required

  • 3–5 years of driving experience

  • Prior yard driving experience preferred

  • Strong attention to safety and detail

  • Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

Schedule Details:

  • 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off)

Pay:

  • $20.50 per hour

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
