Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Swing shift, rotating 12-hour shifts (monthly days/nights rotation)
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn and lead in a production setting.
Ideal candidates will bring previous experience in machine operation or mechanical environments. We are looking for individuals with solid tenure ship, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery and production equipment
Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate production logs and documentation
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Communicate machine or production issues to supervisors in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive shift environment
Support continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Qualifications
Previous machine operating experience required (manufacturing environment preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Strong work history with stable job tenures — no frequent job-hopping
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)
Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to professionalism
Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
