Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Swing shift, rotating 12-hour shifts (monthly days/nights rotation)
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn and lead in a production setting.
Ideal candidates will bring previous experience in machine operation or mechanical environments. We are looking for individuals with solid tenure ship, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery and production equipment

  • Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and basic mechanical troubleshooting

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain accurate production logs and documentation

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Communicate machine or production issues to supervisors in a timely manner

  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive shift environment

  • Support continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime


Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating experience required (manufacturing environment preferred)

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

  • Strong work history with stable job tenures — no frequent job-hopping

  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to professionalism

  • Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
