🔧 Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a small, family-style manufacturing team that produces commercial refrigeration cabinets. This is a temp-to-perm role with fast growth potential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

  • Cut 4x8 metal sheets into precise panels for commercial refrigeration units

  • Read measurements accurately and use basic math

  • Operate computers and basic fabrication equipment

  • Handle materials, load/unload metal sheets, and assist with production flow

  • Perform some heavy lifting as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to measure accurately (tape measure proficiency required!)

  • Comfortable using a computer

  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

  • Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical tasks

  • Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus but not required

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
