🔧 Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a small, family-style manufacturing team that produces commercial refrigeration cabinets. This is a temp-to-perm role with fast growth potential for the right candidate.
✅ What You’ll Do
Cut 4x8 metal sheets into precise panels for commercial refrigeration units
Read measurements accurately and use basic math
Operate computers and basic fabrication equipment
Handle materials, load/unload metal sheets, and assist with production flow
Perform some heavy lifting as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
✅ What We’re Looking For
Ability to measure accurately (tape measure proficiency required!)
Comfortable using a computer
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical tasks
Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus but not required
