HR Generalist – (Richmond County, NC)
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible hours, potential split shift

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a leading poultry processing company in the Rockingham, NC area. This is a hands-on role supporting employees and management across various HR functions in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working flexible hours, including the possibility of a split shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees

Assist with employee relations and provide guidance to supervisors and staff

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Support payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking

Coordinate training and development initiatives

Assist with safety and compliance programs

Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Qualifications:

Previous HR Generalist or similar HR experience required (manufacturing or poultry industry experience a plus)

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
