Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
Type: Temp
Dress Code: Business Professional

Position Overview

Olsten Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety‑minded Mail Services Specialist to support high‑volume mail operations. This position requires operating a box van to receive mail from various vendors, pushing heavy mail racks weighing hundreds of pounds, and completing standard mailroom functions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a box van to pick up mail from multiple vendors (must have a clean driving record)

  • Push racks of mail weighing hundreds of pounds loaded with mail trays

  • Open, prep, and scan incoming mail

  • Prep incoming electronic mail (E‑Prep/FTP)

  • Process outbound mail using postal equipment including mail inserters, postage meters, and computer systems

  • Handle outgoing overnight packages as needed

  • Perform other mailroom and clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods

  • Basic computer skills

  • Good decision‑making and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to handle varying assignments

  • Ability to learn multiple policies and procedures

  • Mailroom experience preferred

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
