Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Olsten Staffing is seeking an Assembler with wiring experience for the Florence, SC area.
Position Overview:
Under the direction of production supervision, the Production Assembler I builds high-quality products efficiently, meeting company production standards, customer specifications, and delivery requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble products using engineering documents, ensuring quality, production goals, and customer specifications are met.
· Operate computers to check schedules and update job status.
· Perform Go/No-Go testing according to procedures.
· Monitor quality of parts and materials used in assembly.
· Assist in training other employees and resolve inquiries or problems.
· Handle materials as needed.
· Review assembly processes and recommend improvements for productivity and quality.
· Communicate effectively with engineering as needed.
· Complete and maintain all required documentation, records, and reject tickets.
· Participate in team meetings and group discussions.
· Follow all safety protocols and maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly with wiring.
Skills:
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply common sense to solve routine problems.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
