HR/Payroll Associate
Location: Florence, SC
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Olsten Staffing has an immediate opening for an HR/Payroll Associate with a well-established company. This role works directly with HR, performing payroll duties and coordinating employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Partner with the leadership team to implement talent strategies, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

·         Support organizational goals, values, and daily HR operations.

·         Compile payroll data, including hours worked, sales volume, bonuses, commissions, tax withholdings, and employee contributions to insurance and retirement plans.

·         Enter, maintain, and process payroll information, including hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses, paid leave, deductions, and employee updates.

·         Provide excellent service to employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

·         Perform other HR and payroll duties as assigned.

·         Duties and responsibilities may be reassigned as business needs require.

Qualifications:

·         3–5 years of payroll experience required.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Confident, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
