Yard Driver – Wagram, NC
Long-Term Opportunity | Rotating Schedule | $20.50/hr + Overtime

Olsten is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Yard Driver in Wagram, NC. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth.

As a Yard Driver (also known as a Yard Jockey or Yard Dog), you will be responsible for operating a terminal tractor to safely and efficiently move semi-trailers within a cargo yard or warehouse environment. Additional duties may include inspecting containers, managing equipment, and ensuring the smooth and safe maneuvering of all trailers on-site.


Schedule & Pay:

  • Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating Schedule – 2-2-3 pattern)

  • Training: Approximately 2 weeks on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

  • Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour + overtime


Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid CDL license

  • Previous yard driver or terminal tractor experience preferred

  • Strong attention to safety and equipment care
