Overview

The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative and operational support to various functions within the facility. This position is designed as a short-term assignment lasting approximately three months, with the need for continuation to be evaluated at the end of the term. The individual in this role will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, basic data entry, and coordination activities to support smooth site operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office and administrative duties such as processing invoices, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.

  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as requested.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and site visitors, including meals and materials when needed.

  • Assist with data collection, tracking, and entry to support ongoing projects and reporting.

  • Run local errands and complete other routine tasks to support site operations.

  • Follow up with employees or leaders to gather information and ensure timely completion of requests.

  • Support communication efforts such as drafting or distributing internal updates or newsletters.


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for errands as needed).


Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

  • Temporary assignment for three months, with reevaluation at the end of the term based on business needs.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
