Based on the results of the skill evaluation reports, applicants undertake skill
enhancement using the Precise system. The system features software so advanced, it's diagnostic. It identifies areas of strength and weakness, and the assignment employee is then offered upgrade exercises. Our proprietary learning tools and guides help assignment employees hone existing skills
or acquire new ones. These on-screen and hard-copy tools also serve as ready resources for our assignment employees when questions arise on the job.
Once skill enhancement is completed, assignment employees are re-evaluated
and their scores automatically updated in our Precise system.
