PROmetrics™ - Measurement Makes the Difference.
Prometrics is Olsten's comprehensive methodology to continually monitor, measure and improve our performance against the agreed-upon objectives of the staffing program.
It includes:
1. Benchmarks: At the start of a new staffing program, we work with you to establish benchmarks against which we monitor our progress. Prometrics benchmarks include broad, program-level measures such as total staffing expenditures, fill rate and turnover rate, as well as employee-level measures such as skill level and experience.
2. Data Collection: Once we know your staffing goals, we put procedures and systems in place to collect timely and accurate information to track our performance and provide you with a comprehensive set of management reports.
3. Quality Assurance: As part of our ongoing service, we regularly survey your managers on their satisfaction with our assignment employees and with Olsten's overall service.
4. Management Reports: We provide detail and summary reports on skill category usage, regular/overtime hours, usage by location, department or manager and other areas that may be of interest to your company.
5. Progress Reviews: Prometrics results are reviewed with you
during periodic meetings to discuss the staffing program, jointly address any staffing issues and objectives and to establish action plans for continuous improvement.
