What Is the Precise® System?
The Precise system is Olsten's process for skill
evaluation, training and on-the-job support. The Olsten
Precise system is designed to evaluate candidates'
capabilities and job-specific skills and train our
candidates for maximum efficiency. It encompasses
computer-based evaluations as well as written and hands-on
tests. These evaluations assess a wide variety of skills,
ranging from software mastery and legal document
coding/terminology to soldering skills in the technical
