service, Assignment Employees fill out electronic applications. The data they input is
automatically transferred to our Precise System, saving data entry
time, as well as making the candidates immediately available for
reference checks and placement.
The results of the Precise skill evaluation process are
added to the assignment employee database along with relevant
information, such as candidate availability and reference check results.
Precise maintains a continuously updated profile on your company
that we access instantly to fill your orders quickly and accurately.
This is where we input your specific job orders, including such details
as skills needed and background check requirements. These job
orders can be accessed by multiple Olsten offices for the widest
candidate search possible. Assignment employee work history and
post-employment evaluations are also tracked and referenced to
ensure performance standards are maintained.
