  • Our Precise system automatically generates a log of confirmation, check-in and ongoing quality control calls at strategic intervals during every assignment.
  • We also solicit your feedback on assignment employee performance through performance surveys automatically generated by the system.

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology: Our assignment employees phone in their hours using a touch-tone system with automated voice prompts and built-in security.

  • File Transfer: Clients who include Olsten empoyees in their own time capture system can transfer data directly into Olsten's system.

Precise Payroll: A robust, centralized payroll system utilizing the PeopleSoft† application tailored to our specifications. It handles volume demands easily and ensures prompt, accurate payment to our assignment employees and payroll information. It also gives our staff more time for high-priority, client-focused activities.

Precise Billing: A leading enterprise software system featuring the Oracle† Financials application tailored to Olsten's specifications. The system generates standardized invoices with customer-specified information fields. Invoices can be sent via U.S. Postal Service or E-Mailed directly to your Accounts Payable department.  Benefits include accurate and timely invoices, quicker response to inquiries, enhanced EDI capabilities, faster cash applications and customer account updates and improved client reporting capabilities.

Precise Reporting: Includes a new standard suite of customized reports for increased reporting efficiency. Olsten uses world-class  reporting tools to deliver sophisticated detail or summary reports on a scheduled or ad hoc basis.
